We will showcase the blockchain for newcomers and welcome them with instant value and a mission, while we excite the experts just the same.

Appeal to the richest on Earth, those who don't have a dime and even those who care less about a dime.

Can all of this happen at the same time? There is no doubt that it will.

It will be a fun build because we get to use these tools that create great pillars of logic and philosophy with some of the greatest minds.

WHAT IS IT?

We would like to invite all to market, onboard and own Cardano in a new and creative way. Let's first focus on something that hopefully we can all agree upon, the universal principles that apply to all of us, like the ones built into Cardano.

Here we celebrate and pay tribute to Cardano in a simple and universal way. Showcasing the blockchain to anyone who can understand a very basic concept.

It is an easy task, a function of society that we all rely on and use everyday. It applies to all of us no matter where we came from, what we believe in or claim to be. It is something that we can practice together everyday while using a decentralized and transparent ledger.

This thing we are talking about is, Time, and to measure it. This is something we can all agree on, What Time It Is. A universal consensus at a global scale.

Each of us can understand this idea, even at a young age. It is a simple exercise and use-case for blockchain. We'll verify time using a transparent ledger that syncs and proofs.

Doing so "THE CARDANO WAY" will take new meaning with this project. A large focus on inclusivity while maintaining a Net Positive and Measurable returns to the Cardano Treasury and community as a whole. Products sold will also support the Chronoracle DAO.

Before we get ahead of ourself, you are correct when you say this is Not A New Concept.

Its something that has been studied and is already part of what Cardano is at the very core. We discuss this in depth throughout the Philosophy section.

There is a great story to be told and it is an endless mission. More of a life-long practice. It will allow everyone to continue do what we like, that is to create, push the limits of engineering and build.

The NFTS will be connected to a RWA, the watch. NFTS will have use-case for verifying time, Dao participation and lots more. The watches are minted with instant value and a true grassroots marketing strategy. Its something we live everyday so its only natural we keep it close to our self. But each RWA will carry an important message. To touch grass.

Let's Manifest Cardano in the RWA
We built our prototypes with all of the above in our mind, right in to the very details of every second of the day.

A simple and Opensource watch movement was selected for our Launch.  The RWA tells Cardano's story every day of the week and also for every day of the Epoch.

We're solving a simple problem of marketing and onboarding while giving the watch owner's the power and value they deserve in web3. 

Creating product-market-fit for every single person on earth. One that can capture the curiosity of the newbie and onboard them with a simple purchase and exercise of helping the globe verify time together. We'll also grab the attention of a veteran blockchain OG or a person with a six-figure watch on either wrist.

There are millions of watches in the world, but none were built for a purpose and mission like this one.

Why will it be so appealing?

You will see our original prototypes tell the Cardano story with a clever way to tribute the Cardano Eras and keep us on top of our Epoch Calendar at the same time.

More importantly, to serve as a constant beacon of light, a reminder to keep close to the virtues that are most important to us all. That is to touch grass and self-reflect.

Our aim is to provide the framework for this to succeed and manifest the chain itself into this tangible item. Setting the path for global, community-driven concepts to launch in our generation 2 and 3 for these watch collections and to inspire all to make one of their own.

This will be done in practice with a transparent launch, in code and built in to the RWA itself, leading into teams of engineers, designers, marketing teams, and so on, that help to make watch companies and web3 companies successful and prosper. Others are limited edition collections and can be just as impactful in making a difference. Both can impress the field with engineering, art and value-add.

Inclusivity Drives Competition

There will be plenty of room for all of us to tell this story while keeping utility in the hands of the consumers. This will spread the Cardano story like no other marketing tool can, with longevity, privacy, security, utility and freedom. Lets set up a tool for generations to understand and live it.

So many will participate here. The communities of web3 and horology share so many core principles and produce jaw dropping functional art for all of us to marvel at and push innovation to new heights. 

Each continent has web3 hubs that are conveniently located next to some of the greatest watchmakers and distributers in the world. Each mecha will create their own, share and build with a universal goal.

In the end, we would like all of our watches to be connected to this official, decentralized time. In the back of our mind we will know this time is created and kept by all of us. We will be keepers of this global and universal time.

In The Future

Our time oracles can light up the town square, be an official clock at a global sporting event, an airport, or simply your own collection. Providing use-case and an avenue to spread Cardano literally all the time in every timezone. Time becomes an educational tool and marketing driver, a transaction verified and proofed by a global and decentralized network.

There will be no time like it, one that is owned and operated by the people from all over the world, verified and universal. You own it because we all own it together.

We feel it is time to start educating and paying tribute to what is the Most Appropriate Blockchain In The World To Put Next To 'Time' In The Same Sentence.

CARDANO CALENDARS IN REAL LIFE

The above is mostly about local time, but time can be measured in another way that is specific to Cardano. It is a new universal time that many of us are already living by.

Its the same clock for everyone, no matter what time zone we may be. That is Cardano's Epoch Time. The 5 day cycle. Here we are reminded to take action for governance, to meet with friends and collect our staking rewards. This is another mission in and of itself. That is to make Cardano Epoch- specific time pieces and clocks to track this calendar.

This was a goal for our RWA and the first collection of watches does have an epoch count. 

This NFT and RWA will be specific to Cardano in that it will track the epoch calendar. Remind us it is time to harvest the fruit of our labor, meet with our community, or vote. Then touch grass.

This will keep everyone in the know and in the now when it comes to Cardano. A constant reminder and tribute to what we live each day while we stay in the present. 

The first collection of watches will be mechanical, not connected yet to the chain. There are lots of reasons we decided to start this way and its all discussed in our Philosophy page.

Logo's Explained

We wanted to pay homage to those who have built on Cardano. Those in web3 and in horology. There is definitely a story behind a name like this, deep meaning and purpose.

We are time-oracles, keepers of time. We stand to Honor the Universal Truths that are the very elements that make up our community. A fabric made of engineering, math, science and philosophy. This forms pillars that stand through eternity.

CRONORC

Chronoracle is a strong and noble name, though its the long-name. We found there should be a snappy, short name. Something the community can use to reference the project. It can represent one of the characters within our brand or someone that is running a time-node.

The longer we looked at Cronorc, the more we realized it has lots of different meaning. 

The first meaning is Time-Oracle, similar to Chronoracle, just a short version.

It also reads as Time, Forward and Time, Backward. The past, present and future of time itself. 

CRONORC is a palindrome, this is to show an ouroboros effect. Time never ending, or a cyclical notion of time. We can understand it as in the beginning, so in the end. Cron, forward and backward.

The O

Beyond the center we have a past and future ouroborus serpents. They are balanced in time just outside the center where time exists.

They are never satisfied and constantly turning in place. The past cron will never be able to reach the present gate of now.  Neither will the future ouroborus o. They can never seem to find the balance of being in the present, so it is appropriately just outside of the present time, n in either direction. 

Both serpents spiral in position while facing the gate of time, balanced in their past and future position. They are the past and future o of cron and stuck between the present time and the pillars of grass. 

The Pillars

These pillars and grass stand as the r and keep the past and future serpents in place, close to the present time. Grass will be a major theme throughout our RWA so it is appropriate we added them at the top of our philosophy.

We see the two pillars to represent the past and future pillars of knowledge.

The pillars represent the governance and philosophy in blockchain. We learn from the pillars of the past while we write the one in our future.

On either end is the moon and the architect to contain it all.

We also considered CronOrc as Time-Orc. Some type of green-skinned, long-living Orc. A Retro style theme for this native type of character. He helps to keep time and has great stories and wisdom to share. He lives a life walking the earth, staying in the present or occasionally travels in time. His mission is to measure and map time. He accompanies the Philosopher King and Queen and the rest of our time-characters in this story though is most dedicated and loyal to his personal mission and purpose. There must be room for our Cron-Orc here soon. There are many other characters that will be involved. See our ADA handles and original ep logo for more. 

OUR ORIGINAL EP SYMBOL

The moon and sun come together to form the E and the P. This is consistent with the moon and sun's role in helping to keep the am and pm hours of the day within the watch itself and a reminder that Cardano is running all hours of the day.

There is a man and women standing and facing each other on the inner moon of the logo, this represents the coming-together of the community. They are standing on the moon so they must be of some higher calling and are Philosopher King and Queen respectively. Their hands meet to grasp a staff of light, this is a symbol of our community coming together and the force that we wield, it can only function when we join hands.

This staff helps to form the P in EP and also unites the moon and the sun. It is there to balance the light and darkness and represent the very moment am and pm become one before moving to either half. The now, the present. 

The staff also acts as a gateway for our winged-foot friend to pass through. He slides down the crescent moon and leaps to accompany the Cardano community on our journey.

This logo is used in our prototype and original NFTs for marking days of the Epoch.

ADA HANDLES 

Can be potentially used as give-away for those who are running time nodes or for those who are time oracles, to act as the name of the time-node. We would like to offer some as a reward for completing educational tasks or minting a watch that can tell epoch time, be it a NFT or concept of a RWA. Or for someone who lands a partnership. It could be for someone who represents the brand in a great way. We will continue to build out the Handles to see how they can best be used for nodes, D'Ids or characters in a game or simply tell a story.
